Photo's from yesterday's ride. Staged at Jawbone, headed through Dove Springs and up to McIvers Cabin. Then down and over to Robber Roost. Nice weather. About 115 miles. A little moisture in the sand and higher elevations.

The days weather was incredible, and the soil just beneath the surface was moist. slowXr was leaving a clear trail for me to follow, and the traction was perfect. The canyon next to McGivers was very memorable with a huge crown of rocks towering up from the valley floor. We road up to the top of it to see the incredible view. I'm now planning/plotting or trying to figure out how I can get the girl friend and the dogs with all the supplies needed for an overnighter.

Looks like a fun ride, We rode from Ridgecrest to Jawbone and the weather was perfect.

I guess I need to get a larger tank, I am only good for about 75 miles with my stock tank.

Great pics as usual. I have never been to the cabin yet. Need to add that to my long and growing "to do" riding list.
