THANK YOU DISTRICT 37 RACERS AND SUPPORTERS
(We've posted the same message in the D37 forum but it may be deleted, so we wish to convey our message through this forum as well.)
While we are not allowed to promote our Series in the D37 forum, we felt the need to say a big "thank you" to the many District 37 racers who participated this year with us and most importantly, to the number of D37 guys and gals who just came to help. This is especially true in our last two events and in particular the event this past Saturday. We had a very good post-entry and many of you jumped in to help with; not only processing registration to help expedite things, but just as importantly, to help with flagging, scoring, checkpoint and a number of other functions. Some of you also gave us some very good suggestions for future events.
It gives my wife Lois and me the great satisfaction to know that there are many of you out there who wish nothing more than to better the sport we all love, and to keep it alive in new environs and make it good, fun and safe for every participant. We deeply thank you.
While we may not be in the best of graces with the District's "power-brokers," you D37 guys and gals are tops in our books, and that also includes a few D36 and D38 people as well.
