650R fork rebuild

Soon, I will be rebuilding my forks. Mr. Borynack hooked me up with the right place to get springs, however, for my 240 lbs. what is the correct weight of fork oil to use?

Silkolene 2.5 is what most guys in the desert use. It's made by Fuchs, should be able to get it from your dealer.
