ive heard of the bluewire mod and i have allready done a search on it and couldnt find exactly what i wanted so i thought i would go ahead and ask it. What would happen if you just disconnected the whole connector that leads from under the shifter to behind the right radiator? just unplugg it and leave the plastic piece under the sfiter there and zip tie the loose end somewhere to the frame?

It would not hurt a thing. I have had the Neutral switch removed on both of my previous YZF's. I replaced them with a nuetral switch cover from ZipTy racing.
