I tried to start my wr after months of sitting, nothin. So I drained out the gas in the carb but the carb wont re-fill. I seem to have a good flow from the tank but the carb wont take it in. &%$#@!?

Setting dry can lead to "oxidation" and things can stick. I suspect you have a needle stuck in the seat or float stuck in the up position. Usually, a small wrap on the lower part of the carb will set it free. But some disassembly may be required.

the other thing to look at is something simple like an air pocket in the line, try loosening the drain bolt at the bottom of the carb to see if the fuel flows.
