I Am About 50-50 Off Road And Street. Just Looking For A Little Lower Rpm At Like 50 Mph. Stock Set Up Now.

Countershart Is That The Front? Also, If I Just Change The Front Do I Have To Change Chain Length Or Rear Sprocket Size???

You should not have to change the chain length, you will obviously need to adjust the chain since this will tighten it up but since the stock sprocket is a 14 tooth there is no need to lengthen the chain. You will not need to do anything with the rear sprocket.
