changing from stock yz exhaust to wr exhaust!!

Hi
(Yz426 2002)
When i change from the stock yz exhaust to the standard wr exhuast the bike is a real bitch to start when hot, the jetting is stock for YZ, what should i change jetting wise to make it better to start.

You may need to lean your pilot jet, but either way, for hot starting I would check the pilot circuit.
