Exhaust cam shim size

It's the same on the 2000. I bought the 2003 exh cam and zero problems.
Replace the timing chain while you're in there!

so I used 360 grit wet/dry sandpaper and wet sanded my existing shims to the very center of the specs. It worked great!

are'nt the shims hardened?

any signs of unnatural wear?
