It has a inductance lead pickup for the spark plug wire (tach) and a
sparkplug sensor that takes the place of the washer on the sparkplug
(cylinder head temp) It gets it's power from a 9 volt battery.
I just bolted the cylinder temp sensor (wrong size for the Honda) to the tang sticking up
on the head. It's close enough to tell if I am going to have a meltdown!!!

what temp sensor? do 650l's have a temp sensor on them stock? what did u bolt it to?

A temp sensor is a highly sophisticated device that measures the temperature of another device.

This piece of advanced technology is well beyond your comprehension, and its use should be left to the big boys.
