EMGO Top Box (JC Whitney)

Having trouble with figuring out installation. I have the upgraded Suzuki rear rack but that shouldn't make any difference. There does not appear to be room enough between the rack and the rear fender for the rails and bolts to fit to the plate.

I bought mine from JC Whitney and not from Ebay but it is the same box. The box came with a mounting plate, two rails, and some nuts, washers and 4 bolts. No instructions.

Arghhh! :mad:

Any advice would be appreciated. :worthy:
