Proper Coolant Filling

The bike i had befor this was a 87 TT350 and wa air cooled. Now that i have this 02 WR426 with liquid cooling, i have been having trouble filling it with out getting air in it. If anyone could tell me how i cant go about filling it, and getting most of the air out,would be of much help.

Just fill it up, ride it around the back yard a couple laps, let it cool then check it. Fill it to the top and you're done!

Ok thats what i have been doing, i just thought that this bike get so hot so fast that there must have been a lot of air in the coolant. Would engine ice bring that temp down more?
