Do any of you guys know if the the rear wheel is compatible with any other Yamaha bikes (ie YZ250 ,YZ125, or YZF400...)?

for the same year, the hub is the same for all the full size YZ bikes. The 125/250F use a 1.85" rim and the 250/4xxf use a 2.15" rim. You can easily relace the wider rim to run the 110 size rear tires.

IF you are swapping years, you will need the spacers for the year of the hub.

99-05 all use the same sprockets and rotors. There are differences between years in the hub widths.
