I ordered a set of FMF Factory 909 BFB 1.125" bars, were supposed to come with bar (of course), bar pad and grips. Got everything but grips, called everybody was extremely rude, this bitch wouldn't let me even explain, said it was a misprint, and basically tough shit. She said the bar pad and grips were optional, and I said then why did I get the bar pad, she had no response. There customer service sux, so I am going to write a letter to the owner, maybe he gives a shit about serving the customer. You know if it was a misprint it ain't my damn fault, they need to make it right! So BEWARE OF CHAPARRAL cuz if they screw the pooch its your fault.

Chaparral does more than suck.

I spent about $600 last year buying my wife all her gear and also bought $15 worth of jets before walking out the door. I get home only to realize they gave me the wrong jets.

I called and spoke to a rep who told me to send them priority mail and they will ship me the correct ones. I sent them w/ delivery confirmation (which they signed) and waited for a week. After no action I called and they said they never got them, so I offered to email them the delivery confirmation signature and also told them I just spent $600 in their store. She told me they must've lost them and I was pretty much SOL.

yeah i agree with you on the fact that they suck but once a year around winter time they have a great 80% off sale. But its only for stuff they have in stock. I bought a great Arai helmet for my R6 and normally was 500 or something and i got it for under 200.

I don't care if they were giving it away, they suck! And that BITCH that is head of customer service, I just have never in my life...but thats allright I am firing a letter off to the owner this morning and we will see if he gives a damn.

I had a bad experience with the company as well. I ordered a gear package kit and the boots never showed. After being told by phone reps 4-5 consecutive times different dates they would be in I decided to pick some up from Cyclegear. About a week later the boots show up. I called Chap and asked them to allow me to send the boots back and return me money. The said no because in a package deal the boots are not rated at a catalogue price. I said okay well let me return them and you give me the estimated package deal price. They said no and said I should have just waited for the boots before buying. I told the person (which was a woman) that I was given so many dates they were coming I lost faith. She said that's not true because its not our policy to give out expected incoming product. In essence she called me a liar and with that I said, how about I just return the total package? She said no to that and I said can I talk to the head manager and she stated she was it. She also stated the company is owned by investors and not a private party which explained a lot at that point. I said to her, how do you guys stay in business treating people like this? Her response........"we have a lot of happy customers and we deal with tens of thousands of people, a couple of frustrated people aren't going to sink our business!" I called her a bitch and politely hung up!!!!

RockyMountainMC.com rulez ... never had a problem (except for sending me the wrong tear-offs once) ... but the guys that pack the boxes probably get paid $0.25 an hour ... more or less .... so don't judge a company by the dumb kids packing the boxes ... judge them by keeping the same dumb kids after the customers continue to complain.
