Which side out, Ironman front sprocket???

Hi, I'm installing a new 14 tooth front Ironman sprocket.....which side should face out?? the one with the Ironman writing or the completely flat side (no detents)???? I'm not sure.....thanx

Flat side out. I know the undercut side would look a lot better, but the undercut has to face in so that the dust cover on the countershaft seal will clear the sprocket. Flip it over and it locks the shaft up.

(we must never reveal how I came to know this)
