will a 2002 WR426's coolent over flow tank bolt onto my 2002 YZ426???

Nope, they have different sub-frames.

It will bolt up fine, all you need to do is make up some kind of a mount for the side of the bottle closest to the engine. A thin strip of some type of thin metal bent around the subframe with a hole drilled through it would work fine, or if you or someone you know can weld aluminum just weld a tab on there.
