yes- its street legal in California


--modern suspension, pumper carb, 3 gallon tank, ebutton, trick everything---it even has an optional hop-up kit with an 11:1 piston and race cam.

Its true. Buying them is the cheap part!
No $600 dual sport kits
No $800 aftermarket ebutton...
No $220 IMS tank.
No $350 Edelbrock pumper carb
No $800 suspension re-valve and re-spring...
No throw away parts like the rims, handlbars, etc.
No leaking air filter

As for reliability--Husky has always been known for its quality. Its no Hondaberg--and for sure the footpeg wont fall off!

Me thinks Husky's reputation for reliability begins and ends prior to the Cagiva days of wonder. I think it's safe to say they're woriking on getting that same reputation back...

It' sure doesn't look like the '05 TE610 off road model. Gawsh, it sure looks perty as is. I want one :D

Proof that the manufacturers CAN deliver a dirt-capable and street legal bike in CA or elsewhere. I hope they sell a bunch of them. Kudos to Husky and Suzuki for not forgetting the CA dual sport riders.
