www.servicehonda.com sells them for the cheapest I have found. Something like $110.

I used a 2" holesaw and then cut of the baffle in front of the spark arrestor. I am now wondering if this is'nt as good as an HRC tip? For $100, why not buy an aftermarket pipe for another $75 on Ebay?

There are billet ends for the XR650R on Ebay for about $65.

Just curious.
