msr air/fuel screws

just bought some of these for my 426 and 450, after installing it is hard to get the bikes to run like they did before, i ride at sea level, do i go by what the owners book says or the directions msr sent me,neither seem to work,thanks

try 2 1/4 turns out. i think that mine is around that mark but then i'm 600m above sea level
