torque specs?

Could anybody tell me the torque specs for the head bolts, and cam retainer bolts on an 04 yzf450? I have ordered a manual, but still haven't recieved it.

Head bolts are 27 ft lbs (7.2 for the two small nuts) The pattern is right intake side, left exhaust side, right ex, left int. Take them up in three steps.

The cam caps call for 7.2 ft/lb (86 in/lb), but I recommend 75 in/lb (6.2 ft/lb) instead. Work from the center of each cap outward in three steps.

Make sure you have a 1/4" torque wrench, one of the best investment in tools I have made.
