Well it was kinda cool when I first got there but warmed up to a perfect 60 degrees   BTW.... we rode last month also  I skipped the Winter race series due to injury so now just going out and getting in some much needed practice :bonk:  and still working on the bad chatter I am getting now :bonk:

I mean i like the number and handicap sign :smirk:

My bike is torn down cause i just sent the shock and forks off to FastBikeIndustries to get revalved.  When i was adjusting the fluid and setting my sag they didnt feel right.  Fluid looked bad and bushings were shot.  Rear shock was still OEM mx valving so why mess around right:)

Plus i just got my 5" rim yesterday so i had to pull the wheel off to relace it.  Just need to find someone who makes a longer shifter for the 05-07 bikes so i can get this thing out of 2nd gear with my boots on:)

Neither company makes one for my bike.  The rmz450(especially pre 08) seems to get no love :bonk:

not when i looked.  I didnt see any shifters listed for an 07. edit: i mean longer shifters.  I need a longer one for my big boots:)

I ordered one from Hammerhead that was +20mm for an 08.  Hopefully it fits.

I got my 5" rim laced and mounted my 165 rear tire.  Little chain rub:)

my suspension should be back any day.  ended up resprining front and rear along with the revalve and rebuild.

Attempting to go to inappropriate places on street tires. If it hadn't rained last night I might have had better luck, but those damp leaves are soooooo slick it isn't even funny.

Joe, i did the same thing awhile back.  Mud and a 320 front brake on street tires is interesting:)

Offset your wheel  that's what we did with both of my rear wheels

I just took my rear shock in to get built on Saturday and hope to have it back by Wednesday but no rush right now as it is well raining and Icy :bonk:

I cant really offset it much.  right now my wheel is pretty far back.  If it goes forward from using a larger rear sprocket the tire will hit one of the braces.  I have a small amount of room to move to the right but i think ill ride it first to see how bad it chews up the tire:)
