Is It Possible To Change The Pilot As You Can The Main Without Removing Tank, Seat Etc?

I think you can. After removing the bowl, you will probably need a flashlight to see up into the carb body and a tiny screwdriver to reach the pilot because it's an awkward angle. Also, it should not be too tough to just remove the carbs so you have the best access.

Just take your tank off, Loosen the rubber boot screw clamps and spin the carb enough to remove the bowl..No need to remove carb to change pilot jet..
I do believe you need to remove carb bowl......
