What would cause this on the side of my 426 engine?

I noticed on my last couple rides that there has been an oily film on the front side of my 00' 426 head. It is near the header connection so it I figured there was just a leak at the pipe to head connection. Is it something that I should be significantly concerned about? Any ideas on what causes it? I attached a pic to show the oily film.
