Does anyone have a recommended tool or technique for removing the AIS exhaust fitting? :) I've tried the screwdriver/wrench approach and have not gotten the leverage needed to pull it out. I have not removed the radiator yet. Appreciate the help.

...WD-40 & screwdriver did the trick.

I unbolted the right radiator, disconnected the hoses and quickly plugged them (didn't loose much coolant at all) and that gave me enough room to get some vise grips on it. I, like you, tried the screwdriver thing but it was pretty obvious that wasn't going to work.
