I have a 2001 yz426 eng in a atv.
What flywheel wieght would you recommend?
Oz. wise.-MX useage.
I`am looking to take out some of the choppiness
would a wieght help that out?
Thx.

choppiness - If you are refering to the throttle, then yes it will help. It will smooth out the power. I had a 12 oz steahly on my 426 and thought it was a bit heavy for MX. I would recomend the complete 10oz or even 8oz,

Check out this recomendation chart Click on Yamaha guide

A cheaper option may be to go down a few teeth on the rear sprocket. Less power more speed?
