Anybody recommend an oversize fuel tank for my 2004 Yz 450f??
I know Clarke makes some, and I'm wondering if any other manufacturers exist, and where is the best place to buy?

I tried the thumpertalk store, but it looks like only a Suzuki/Kawasaki model was available. Let me know any info.....Thanks Don

Clarke and IMS are both good. I use the Clarke 3.3 on my 426 and love it. $180. Here is a pic of it.

Depending on the range your looking for choices are limited. I also have an '04 450 and went with the Clarke 2.8, its plenty of fuel for my racing type and doesnt hang low like the big IMS. I have pictures here.

I use the Acerbis 3.4 on my WR but it's the same for the YZ. I'm totally happy with it...SC

Thanks everyone for the information.....I think I'm gonna go with the Acerbis, because it's a little bigger than the Clarke, but not as costly as the IMS or zip-ty. These tanks are pretty expensive for a piece of injected-moulded plastic.

I bought the same tank from RMC. I love the fact you can see the level even while riding. Fit and finish were great
