decompression plug.. BUY ONE NOW

i finally got around to installing my decompression plug today that i got from TT about a month ago. i cannot believe i rode my bike for a year without it.. only reason i bought one was cuz my friends blew out on his quad so i figured I'd get one for the piece of mind... i never realized how crappy the stock plug is.. if you don't have one of these i highly highly recommend it. seemed like i barely touched the stock one and it came right out

It never ceases to amaze me how many bikes I see at the track that have the plug missing and some kind of homemade fix. If you check out the pictures of the decomp plug in the TT store you'll see a picture of a 2003 YZ250F that lost the plug and the owner had been using what appeared to be a piece of rolled up inner tube wired over the hole for the last year.

I always bring a few to the track with me so when I offered to fix the problem for the owner once and for all he offered me his first born, already having 2 teen agers I graciously declined.
