WARNING stickers removal

I used a hair dryer to remove the dumb warning stickers on my new bike

but some of the sticker glue is still stuck to the fenders. What should i use to get this glue off without wrecking the fenders?

Easiest thing to get for removing sticker residue is nail polish remover. Be sure and get the original kind (with acetone). Haven't seen any problems of attacking the plastic.

Go to the hardware store and pick up a can of Goof off remover. This stuff works great.

I used gasket remover without ill effects. If you have this around the house it is good too.

tip: use it in a unconspicious area first just to be sure.

I noticed that a high pressure washer (or whatever it is called) removes those warning stickers nicely. Removes other stickers easily too, so caution is recommended, but you know this already.

Brandon, I use a cleaner called "Citisolve". This stuff will take off all the goo in the world. Their are many imitations of this cleaner but none have worked like this one. Good luck, Dan

I use brake parts cleaner. It works better than anything else I have tried.

I agree wiuth Buck. Brakleen (in the red can) contains tetrachloroethylene. It will take off just about any normal adhesives. Use the stuff in well-ventilated area. It's not flammable but it is toxic.
