My ride is a 93 XR650L with an 01 cr500 front end, with applied top clamp,trail tech vapor, answer fat bar, hand made dash, 30 over wisco piston stage 1 cam, stock header with the inside welds ground to open it up and heat wrapped with a cobra canister, block off kit, daves mods on carb, dunlop 606's http://i954.photobuc...ech1159/001.jpg http://i954.photobuc...ech1159/004.jpg

My main ride is a 650R. My favorite ride is my 83 200R that i've had since I was 13 when my dad bought it new for me.

thanks forgot to add the Magura hydrulic clutch from a 400 quad had to make a custom mount on the engine end but works great

This is another complete rebuild for the CAT XR, a 5 month project.
Different frame,sandblasted and two packed.
Every nut and bolt was cleaned and buffed before assembly
Pro Taper bars
630 kit plus big fin head
Pivot pegz
Staintune stainless headers and pipe.
5mm spokes front and rear.
15/45 gearing

Where did you get that case/chain gaurd?
I need one that won't hold the mud in, seems to clean the chain nice though.

I just have a newer PIGI just going through the upgrade phase....(have to post pic so older mod)

FYI, This was just after I instaled the cooler, I shortened the lines after install, so tucked in tight..works GOOOD .

The only reason I laced the rims was I hit a chunk of lumber on the highway at 70mph, tweeked the rim bad. Dont know how I did not go slattt...Not my time I guess.

Well any way, the rims were a nice experience I would have never attempted other wise..
