Thanks Rascal560, I had a 1976 xr75 when I was a kid . I bought this one and restored it over the summer . The reproduction race pipe is by xrminiracer.com and the decals both factory and the 1970's after market decals are from the Vintage Elsinore factory .

Here's a before pic of my piglet ...................Posted Image

Old Dog, very nice setup! Looks like an FMF mega bomb header on there? How was the fit and performance? Also, were you able to keep the stock instrument cluster with the light/windscreen setup? What brand is the light setup?

Thanks,

Lee

Is that ice in the river?
By the way, that's a sweet looking pipe. Is it home/custom made?

Just added the XR 600 to my trail tool box. Has some mods but I have alrady been making changes to get it set up right for me. Just wanted to say hello and this is by far a great website to be part of. I will be adding more pictures and updates. Thanks. Later...Clint

It was ice, but the "river" was really just a big puddle.

Posted Image

The bike had the Supertrapp and the header pipes on it when I bought it used; I always thought the header pipes were stock, but maybe not. The headers stop right at the first rear frame tube. The section of double pipe you see in the vee of the frame tubes is part of the Supertrapp. The whole system is stainless.
