Thats a killer looking 600 you got there. I know where one of these are stashed away and probably has not been cranked in 10 years. Hmmm? Would make a great future project if I can get it in the shape of yours!:banghead:

Thanks man, it took alot of work to get it to where it is in the first pics, then in a race, I broke the shift spindle off and had to completely tear it down. Broke my heart. But on the up side, now it will be a completely a new motor. Good luck with yours!

Here is my xr650l. Got it in august and its a 2008. Tons of different stuff on it. Also, usd is on the way. waiting on just a few more parts and its on. I just put on the sm wheels and tires yesterday, and forgot about the coating they put on them. Went down on my first turn on the maiden voyage. Luckly the acerbis hand gards and and my jacket kept me safe, only my knee got scrached. But don't worry the bike is fine......

Sorry, maybe there is a misunderstanding, the bike is not mine but it's of my friend Orsoxr.

However he uses a KTM LC4 fan for the radiator and he mounted a trimmed road-bike wind screen on his skid plate.
