KiethBoyd, or any of you longer term members, How do I post pictures directly into this space?  (most of the links don't work for me when I try to open them)

BWB63, is either the wife or the bike available?  I'll take both if you give me a bundling discount? :goofy:

no off-road, bro you have to get out there ☺.

I know! I'm planning to do so. My dad lives in France and I can go off road there, so need to get a trailer and get over there!

Hey guys new here. Picked up this 08 650L at auction for cheap, slowly building it. So far Ive managed to add on a k&n filter, dg pipe, and a set of warp 9s. Dave's mod and rejet, and of course trying to clean it up, replace plastics, nuts bolts etc. Plan to tear down this winter for 2nd gear mod, new counter shaft and powdercoating. Anywhere here she is!

Picked up one last week and another one tonight. Both are 1985's. One for riding and one for restoration. Ugly one with the big tank is the rider. Came with the Clarke tank, eibach springs, and the fat pegs. Had to add a kickstand and procure many pieces of plastic. It is also getting a new frame and a bunch more stuff. Did the engine internals and transmission with plasma nitriding and diamond like carbon coating. 132 jets and a hot shot CDI. Has a really ugly carbon fiber street bike can on it that came with it. Ugly... still waiting on the rest of the bits for it to come in. Then it's getting a frame swap. Rides for now, really potent with the engine work. I figure it's in the mid fifty horsepower range right now. It will be more with the new exhaust. It's going to be dual sported as soon as I have everything replaced that needs it.

The other bike came in a basket with a roller. I broke it down to get it home. Engine covers are a mound of epoxy, but the rest looks OK. I will be building this engine for power, so it's going to be winter before it is finished. This one came with primo factory tank and plastic. I have a ton of parts from my last 85 so it should be a fast build. Neither will be perfect, but they will go like hell! Looking forward to posting them as they are completed.

I have a truck. Wife won't let me keep it at the condo. So I have to swing 2 hours north to get it when I need it. This was too good to let slip. So off I went with the tool bag and a bike rack...

Not the best photo I'll admit. I have recently installed the stickers, new 130/80R18 rear tire, rear fender bag, and readjusted the windscreen.
