Its homemade from some 1/8" aluminum that i just cut and bent. I have not done any real off road with it yet, we will see. No welds to break, but a bit flexable if you tried to pick the bike up with it. I made it large enough that i can take off the tool tube and bag and fit a milk crate on it. The holes give lots of tie down spots . The tool tube is one used to hold welding rods, it has a gasket and screw on top.

finally did some work on my bike. new chain, new sprocket, new brush guards, and new bar end mirrors. now if it would finally get warm enough

thats a trailor of XRs :thumbsup: two 1982 XR500s one 1994 XR250L , One 2001 Xr720, and one 2002 XR650

and the one in the the rest of the photos is the 2002, its got a 11:1 piston milled, ported big valve head, Stg. 2 hotam twobros full ex. 2004 CRF450F front forks, fludyne radiators, no thermostat ( a washer in its place), hogged out carb, hrc clutchs, factory connection stiffer springs.

just put some black tape on the back of the fork ends and then place the fork protectors, thats all.

Yep. That's what I did. I got some carbon fiber tape from an auto parts store. Thinking black duct tape may hold up better though.

I am replacing the back fender, adding a license plate bracket, better turn signals, and cleaning up some of the less desireable wiring "features" the last owner performed.
