Is there an oil cooler available for the WR450?

Yes, it's called your bike frame.

Oil does flow through the frame tube in the front, to help disapate heat. I haven't seen an oil cooler, but it probably wouldn't be hard to add one. I would question the need for one though - the system does use the front tube to cool the oil, in addition to having a radiator.

One thing you might try if your bike is over heating is something NPG-R. ncmountainman has had good luck with it.
