Race tech has a lot of springs they would like to sell. They have a spiffy spring rate calculator on their website.

I have a RaceTech spring for about 160-170lb rider. In fact I have the matching fork springs also.....

They're a little too light for a mx bike, but would work great for a lighter rider on a WR.
