I'm not sure if this is a scam or not. If any of you are in Chicago, you might want to check this shop out and let us know.

prices are way low ... their website looks legit ... maybe one of our Chicago area members can check out that Devon Ave. address, I'm from Illinois, and visit relatives coupla times a year, sure would be convenient for me to bring one home to CA with me ..

Speculation leans towards crate damaged bikes......... but who knows? If it does prove true than this is the deal I have been waiting for!!

I tried calling the number listed,773-807-6734 and the person that answered did not speak English.

I think it's a scam.

The weird thing is that they only list a XR650R and no CR/Fs, maybe there is something wrong with their offers... :)

Here's a www.411.com reverse look-up...

"We're sorry. We did not find a listing for the phone number you entered.
The phone number "(773) 807-6734" is a Chicago, IL based phone number and the registered carrier is T-mobile Usa, Inc. However, due to number portability, some numbers have been transferred to a new service provider other than the registered carrier. "

Funny, the one who registered the webside claims an address in Asper, PA. If you lookup the admin contacts email address thats a web based email service from Germany - kinda like Yahoo mail or Hotmail.

The listed phone number for the admin contact belongs to:

Smith Melvin W Constructions
(717) 677-4002
221 E York St
Biglerville, PA 17307

while the "W" doesn't stand for WEB, he is listed under builders/construction/contractor and builds rather homes and not websites.

The guy listed as admin contact, accidentialy his real phone number ends with "4001":

William H Kingsley
(717) 677-4001
90 Timber Ln
Aspers, PA 17304

If you search for the listed address you also find nothing than their own website. I would say this one will take your money but not deliver... :)

It looks like a scam, look at the list for a Gold Wing its thousands less then the MSRP on that bike also the statement of a two year warranty the factory only offers a one year, unless you pay them more money.

...but whoever did it, they built a professional looking site. I have to give'em credit for that. None falls for a crappy looking website these days.

I bet the store doesn't exist :)
