Woody, Do all the free mods you read about in the treads. The Canadian bike is the same as the US bike. I just finished doing the gray wire, throttle stop, airbox snorkel and exhaust. The bike is a whole new machine :naughty: Good luck

I ride Canada as well. Just went through my first weekend with the new '05 WR450. Did the standard grey wire, air box cutout, AIS removal, exhaust screen removal but the first day out the bike had no top end. I simply removed the tail pipe (aka pea shooter) all together and ran the bike wide open the second day. Incredible difference. BIG top end! Lifts the front wheel in 4th now.

05 was the first year they started to choke the WR's down to US weeny specs. But nothing that can be undone. I always say "if man made it, man can defeat it" :naughty: Man will you be suprised. :naughty:
