Carb set-up??

I feel like a knob with all these questions, but I guess that's what we're all here for... :naughty:

I've got the carb ripped apart and am in the middle of checking settings.
Currently, it has a B53E needle with the clip in the 2nd groove from the top, a 175RD main jet and I'm not sure about the float level.

What are the recommended carb settings for an uncorked 00 650R? I generally ride anywhere from 0-3000ft of elevation. Anything else to check or look out for?

172 main - 175 or 178 with opened up airbox
68s pilot
B53E needle with the clip in the middle
HRC tip or drilled tip.
