My 600R has a Big Gun race exhaust and I'm not sure about the jetting (fairly new bike for me). Problem is that it has tons of balls in the low end, but it actually cuts out (not just loses torque) at medium/high rpms. It is very rideable, as I like the low end torque, but it sucks if I wanna cruise long flats at high speeds. Any qualified ideas? Thanks.

Sounds lean to me, Check your jetting and while your there clean the carb.
And make sure you have good fuel flow from the tank......
