'04 CDI in '05....Hit?

I've read a lot of posts of "I've Heard" and "I think" that the '04 CDI will give you back the "hit" that is tamed down on the '05. Has anyone actually put an '04 CDI on their '05 YZ450F and what was the result?

not all of it. the reduced some of the hit by lowering the compression and running different gear ratios. But it does make it feel a lot better.
