Me and my son are going on some long rides, planning on carrying an extra tube. I am thinking of carrying one for a 21.0 x 3.00 size. I figure that this will work on either end in a pinch.

Local dealer says to use a 3.00 x 18.0 size. Which should I use?? I am concerned about getting a 18 inch tube over a 21 inch rim.

Yes you can always use the 21 on the rear in a pinch.
