Adjusting Front forks

If any one has any suggestions on how to fine tune my front forks for my diffrent types of riding. I am new to the whole 4 stroke thing. i am trying to become more hand on with my ride.

YzF 426 mine

Have you set the sag with you on the bike? Are you having a particular problem you are trying to resolve? More info
