On my Yz450R 03 my dead engine starts are pathetic. Russ Pearson on the same bike usually lines up next to me and I'm still kicking when he gets to the bomb. I need help! An good pointers.

Adjust your carburation i was getting the holeshot all the time on dead engine starts with my 450f.

Practice, get your bike warmed up before the start

even with the internal com. it is a good idea to still find top dead and kick from there somewhat like the 426
