Bottom end for my 99 yz400f

I have a yz400f equipped atv and i was wondering what the best way to get more bottom end power out of it. I've heard that you could put a crank out of a wr450 in it, does anyone know if this will work.

im not sure they will work,the wr has more stroke plus i think the stator are different,so are the teeth on the crank.you could use a 426 crank though

My eseries pipe and 450 cam seemed to noticeably boost the bottom to mid on my '99.

Thanks for the tip but its got a custom pipe and if I bought a new one I would have to almost cut it in half to work. But you say the 450 cam drops right in, does it give you more power than a hot cam?
