Gas flowed XR600 now needs jetting. Can any one help?

Just put the bike back together today after having the head gas flowed, i was told to get the mixture right by looking at the plug. Is there any one who has tuned any 4 stoke got any idea what size jets i might need now. :naughty:
At present the bike only runs half choke making the mixture stronger. :naughty:
Main jet = 152
slow jet = 62
pilot screw = 2 turns
