I see everyone talking about a Vortex ingnition system. Is this really as good as you all are saying? Where can I get one. So I can try it.

we are all a bunch of psycopathic liars.
wanna join in? some think the cost is steep, but worth it.
so if you've read about it, then you MUST know already where to get it.
there is also that magical "search" too.

I DID FIND A WEB SITE CALLED VORTEX PERFORMANCE IGNITIONS. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF WHAT YOU ARE USING IS CALLED SAFIRE CDI. THAT'S WHAT I'M FINDING. THANKS FOR THE SARCASISM. THAT'S A NICE TOUCH.

CMiller, yes the Saphire CDI is the Vortex. Their website is really not very helpful, but you can find tons of feedback using the search option on this board. You can purchase the unit direct from the distributor, Mike Tolle (mtracing@earthlink.net, or check with your dealer. I got mine from Greg at www.Motofrugals.com, 801-376-8972, great price and service, plus he's run one on his own 250F so he knows what he's talking about. It really is the hot ticket, and lives up to the hype.
