Just installed a BBR kick lever on my '01 WR 250F,
& planning to replace the stock seat/tank combo with large tank with YZ type seat. Since the BBR
lever is 1" shorter than stock will this be a problem with most tanks due to the indent area allowed for the lever. Any suggestions or ideas?

Not sure, but I have the bbr on my yzf and it fits fine. I think it works great.

I love crashing!

I believe the only tank that the BBR lever won't fit is the IMS Ty Davis replica tank.

Does the BBR kicker tuck in farther ? I have a problem of pulling the kick starter back far enough with my leg while riding that it makes that grinding noise, can't be good. It seems like its in the way.

FLY, the kicker should fit o.k. w/the Clarke tank. it would be a problem if the start lever was LONGER because of the indent, but not shorter.... hope this helps. bobwombat

Thanks everyone for your comments & input, I think I might go with the Clarke tank & seat combo
they offer. The BBR lever tucks in well & is a quality item. I ordered direct from BBR & they charged 159.95 + 9.75 shipping. ~w~
