I just bought an Acerbis Front Disc Guard from Baja Designs. While installing I broke the bolt that mounts the disc cover to the hole in the axel. There is a bolt that goes through the disc cover and then into a brass anchor, which is supposed to go inside of the front axel. I am going to call BD or Acerbis to see if I can get a replacement bolt and brass anchor. has anyone else with this disc guard experienced any trouble getting that bolt all of the way in? I got the bolt about half of the way in and kept turning it and the thing apparently just stopped and snapped. The bolt was only about half way in though. The only thing that I can think of is that the brass anchor may not be design to go all of the way in to the axel? Sure looks like it is designed to go all of the way in though. Any thoughts?
