Adjusting the XR 650 L suspension???

How do I adjust the front/ rear suspension on my 650 L properly?

Not to be a smart A$$, but if you weigh over 170 you get it re-sprung first. Then you get it re-valved. Then you set the sag. Do a search for race sag and there will be lot of info. I love my L but the suspension kind of sucks. Get a fork brace (it will make a big difference) steering damper will make a bigger one.

If you don't want to do any of that, the owners manual has some good info to start with. :cry:
