Anyone have any idea if a stock XR650L headlight would bolt-up into a Baja Designs headlight shell? I'm putting together a dual-sport kit and have a complete XR650L headlight assembly that I'd like to use.

Thanks.

Don't think so! My dad has a 650L and it seems to me the lens is much too large.

I had a BD shell on my '86 XL600. It wasn't perfect, but it was very close. I only replaced it when I found a stock unit complete and swapped it out so my brother could put the BD one on his DR.
