When to switch to synthetic oil

I've got an 04 450 and it probably has about 25-30 hours on it.

When would be the right time to switch to synthetic oil?

Do you think it is broken in enough yet to do the switch?

And again, the question of the year - Red Cap or MX4T?

Id say your fine, any synthetic NON ENERGY CONSERVING oil is fine.
